Step 1: Take our survey
By taking the survey, you show your interest in high-speed Internet. Tell your neighbors to do the same! The higher the response rate from your neighborhood, the sooner your neighborhood advances to the next step.
Step 2: Sign up
When there is enough demand in your neighborhood, installations begin. We begin taking sign-ups for Fiber services. Once enough people in your neighborhood have signed up, we start building fiber. Talk to your neighbors, spread the word!
Step 3: Get installed
Fiber construction begins in your neighborhood. We lay fiber to your home and install our equipment. You're closer than ever to getting a future-proof broadband network to your neighborhood.
Step 4: Go online
Congratulations! You and your neighbors are now connected to a future-proof broadband network. Go online to handle or change your service(s) in our online marketplace. Create tickets and get support.
