Each neighborhood progresses at its own rate. Help your neighborhood meet its Step 1-Survey and Step 2-Sign Up targets to get connected faster. Spread the word to all your neighbors. The sooner your neighborhood reaches its targets, the sooner construction can begin.
Step 1: Take our survey
Show your interest. By taking the survey and speed test, you show your interest in high-speed Internet. Tell your neighbors to do the same! The higher the response rate from your neighborhood, the sooner your neighborhood advances to the next step.
Step 2: Sign up
When there is enough demand in your neighborhood, installations begin. We begin taking sign-ups for Fiber services. Once enough people in your neighborhood have signed up, we start building fiber. Talk to your neighbors, spread the word, and share this on Social Media to generate more interest.
Step 3: Get installed
Fiber construction begins in your neighborhood. We lay fiber to your home and install our equipment.
Step 4: Go online
Congratulations! You and your neighbors are now connected to a future-proof broadband network. Go online to handle or change your service(s) in our online marketplace. Create tickets and get support.
